- Self-motivation and an ability to lead others
- The commitment and motivation to work with others to deliver, simplify and improve

- Experience of leadership roles
- Good knowledge of software development (for example front- and back end technologies or testing)
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Swedish
- A university education within IT or equivalent experience
We expect our future Scrum Master to be organized, driven and have a strong service-minded approach. To be successful in this role you will also need to have good communication skills and feel comfortable working closely with several parties within both IT and business. You are a team player, but also capable of working independently. We believe that you have experience from working with IT and are familiar with the application lifecycle and release management.
