About the role

In your role as a Contract Manager you will establish and develop the contract management function at Logistics IT in close co-operation with key functions like IT, product owner and purchasing. Together with your team you will deliver professional advices in contract matters to the organization. 

Your daily business will include work with examination, negotiation and securing the compliance of contractual agreements. You will participate in price discussions and requirement analysis but also implement the customer agreement and manage the life cycle of the agreement. You drive and are involved in a process improvement work together with different stakeholders such as sourcing, purchasing and supplier contacts. You will also run monthly and quarterly governance with the leadership team ensuring that your teams targets are met.

Who you are

The position requires a motivated individual who has good contractual experience and clear understanding of rules, laws and regulations. Identifying and managing claims is an important part of the work which makes it vital that you liaise and communicate effectively with all parts; clients, partners and sub-contractors. To success in this role you are accountable, detail oriented and have a high work ethic.

Therefore, it´s great if you possess the following skills and experience:

  • Financial and legal exam
  • 3-5 years of experience from similar role
  • Experience to manage claims, supplier relations, contract conditions, risk handling, taxations etc.
  • Working experience of license, outsourcing and functional agreements.
  • You´re a skilled negotiator and comfortable with handling procurements.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in both English and Swedish.
