Autonomous vehicles, connectivity and electro mobility challenge Scania´s R&D organisation in a new way. To ensure highest quality and functional safety of our products we are focusing on improvements within Scania´s development processes, methods and IT-systems.
We meet future needs with a clever system design and good communication to improve the workflow of approximately one thousand people working with development of Scania´s E/E-system.
We are facing a very exciting transformation towards a more flow driven working process with agile methods and high performing self-organizing teams.
You will be part of a development team that is responsible for all elements of application and service development. As a member of the team, you will be involved in architecture, development, testing and release management and will be a culture carrier for good quality.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has the commitment and motivation to work with others to develop, deliver, simplify and improve.
- Is passionate about agile system development
- Has a university education within IT or equivalent experience
You are happy working in a team, but are also capable of working independently when required. You are an accomplished communicator with good social skills.
