IT within Scania is currently undergoing a very exciting change toward Agile methods and high-performance development teams while transforming the IT landscape. Now is the perfect time to join this exciting journey.

Within the department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT we create a new group focusing on the development of the Sparta product. The team is working collocated with the business representatives and is developing in Java. You will help the team to deliver the right things earlier with help of the Agile frame work. Today’s team exist of 7 employees and 7 consultants.

As a member of the Logistics IT leadership team you are active in developing the section in line with our strategy, were leading the transformation of the IT landscape is an important part.

Your profile

Our successful candidate likes an agile environment and as a servant leader enables the team to succeed with their deliveries. As a leader, you communicate expectations and know that feedback is crucial in driving the development of both team and individual. Based on business and IT strategies, you help the team create short and long-term roadmaps. You like developing people and give them the prerequisites to grow.

Having a close dialogue with the business is natural to you, as to understand your team’s deliverables. You have a good knowledge of IT and an interest in technical discussions in order to support the team in building a qualitative product. You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience. It is an advantage if you have experience from supply chain management. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
