As SW Tools developer at Embedded Tools and Test Environment, you are involved in developing an exciting and increasingly global product. You belong to a group that is constantly working towards an virtualized environment.
Today our group of fifteen colleagues develop existing and new SW test tools and applications, various HIL and SIL models as well as test development environments. As a Tools developer, you work on developing and integrating testing solutions for an ECU system focusing on one or more function areas such as transmission control, after-treatment and engine systems. You will be part our group that provides the organization with a complete test environment solution. An important part of your assignment is to explore new methods and ideas as we constantly search for better ways to develop and verify future products. Your personal growth opportunities in our organization are large and wide. Depending on your interest, there is scope to become an expert in the field of SW or test development, take responsibility for competence groups or project management among many other things. The job is varied and requires smooth cooperation in the entire development chain. The contact networks you build will give you good opportunities throughout the company.
You are a curious and driven developer with solid experience in programming, software development and maintenance. You are proficient in C# and its accompanying .NET framework as well as Object Oriented Programming in general. You also have Python experience. As data analytics becomes more prevalent in our product development and evaluation, we consider such skills as advantageous. Good AWS knowledge will also be vital during our migration to cloud based solutions.
We would also like you to have an interest in embedded systems, tests, driveline development or vehicles. You are fluent in English and if you have Swedish language skills it is very useful.
