Order to Delivery IT (O2D IT), is the IT enabler and catalyst for Scania Production & Logistics by delivering robust IT services and at the same time inventing and implementing the new IT landscape.
To this exciting challenge, we are now looking for a leader who can head our Architecture and Smart Factory group. Together with your team of highly skilled Solution Architects and Smart Factory Engineers you take on the challenge to set the vision and being the catalyst to make Smart Factories reality at Scania.
The overall mission for the group Architecture and Smart Factory is to lead the digital transformation of Production and Logistics and deliver sustainable digital services based on new technology, deep Scania knowledge and an innovation mindset. Your success is crucial for P&L to reach their business objectives both short- and long-term.
Transformation of the current IT landscape also means an exciting change journey for you and the group. You will collaborate intensively with colleagues in other teams at P&L and Scania IT and it will challenge you as a leader to show courage, grit and determination to guide, help and define this journey together with your group.
As the manager for Architecture and Smart Factory you will lead our Solution Architects as well as a team of Smart Factory engineers. You will be part of the P&L Platform management team where we strive to create the best pre requisites for our almost 100 co-workers to succeed every day and thus create a world class IT landscape for Scania Production & Logistics.
Tasks that will part of your daily job;
- Be a role model to create an attractive workplace and an inclusive culture.
- Motivate, engage and develop your co-workers.
- Drive the architectural agenda for Production & Logistics
- Engage in and facilitate Solution Architectural discussions and decisions.
- Participate in decision forums for Enterprise architecture at Scania and working groups where we define our architectural landscape.
- Participate in decision forums for Smart Factory development
- Drive technical development and service design for industrial digitalization
- Be an active part of P&L IT Platform management team
- General management responsibilities such as budgeting and recruitment
You are an inspiring leader that strive to create new leaders around you. We think that you are an experienced leader with strong stakeholder management skills, strong knowledge about the business we are supporting and the courage to define how the future modern IT landscape should be formed.
You have an IT education and relevant experience from the Solution Architecture domain or as a seasoned leader within IT service delivery. You have the ability and willingness to work with a broad spectrum of areas including business processes, information management, technology development and service design. In addition to Swedish, you need to be proficient in written and spoken English.
