We are growing and looking for an HR consultant to become a part of our HR Member Service team where you will be supporting the organization by providing HR operational support. The local HR Member Service team is a part of our global HR organization. We work according to global processes in our global system and we ensure that these are applied by the organization through guidance and support when needed.
Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources, you will be responsible for a variety of member support responsibilities including but not limited to fielding the more complex member queries, troubleshooting issues, preparing various member correspondence, assisting with internal audits, coordinating employee status changes or immigration, and compiling ad hoc and regular reports for the business unit using our HR Analytics tool. The possession of strong communication skills (bilingual Swedish/English) along with exceptional customer service and professionalism are critical success factors.
In addition the incumbent will work with peers in HR to ensure cohesive and seamless HR service delivery and a positive member experience.
As an HR consultant a key responsibility is to handle cases that cannot be managed through our Self Service system. These cases often have a connection with our Swedish laws and union agreements, which makes them more complex and challenging to answer. Cases are handled primarily through our case management system but also via telephone contact. You will be on hand to provide advice and guidance to Managers and Members on HR policies and procedures (new hire, benfits, vacation, wellness grant, payroll, contract and contract changes, leave/absence, termination etc.). Together with the local team you are the contact between our Service Area team in Manila and the business and support HR managers through our HR systems during organizational changes.

QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
To be successful as an HR consultant you have a natural ability to find solutions, take resposability for your work and always deliver with high quality. You are flexible and think it is fun and challenging that conditions change over time.
You have a bachelor's degree in personnel science, organization and working life or equivalent, where labor law has been part of the education. Since we work closely with our Service Area team in Manila, you need to master Swedish and English both spoken and written. An eye for details/analytical skills are also an advantage for this role.
Since this position combines administration and service, we believe you have a background in administration, good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and are able to communicate with members and managers at all levels.
