Within the department Order to Delivery (O2D) IT we are now setting the future IT landscape for logistics, supporting #Logistics score. An important part of the change in the IT landscape will be deliveries based on SAP. As a Scrum Master you are a member of the Scania IT team at O2D IT.

Your role

You will work as a Scrum master for a delivery team currently consisting of 5 personnel (SAP solution Experts, ABAP programmer and Business analyst).

You will adopt an agile approach to work and will be the primary contact for the end-users within the company.

Your profile

Our successful candidate will be a natural leader with a very good understanding of agile culture and ways of working. You have a degree in IT or similar, complemented with 2-3 years of experience in a leading role and a significant interest in IT. You need to be proficient in written and spoken English since it's our corporate language.

We also think you have:
  • Excellent communication skills and a great ability to express yourself
  • A great team spirit, but are also capable of working independently
  • Are easily adaptable to varying business needs
  • Commitment and motivation to work with others to deliver, simplify and improve
  • Good self-confidence and self-motivation and are curious to learn new things
  • Experience in understanding, analysing and prioritising new demands
  • You probably have a background as a Scrum Master - Scrum-certification PSM (professional Scrum master) and/or CSM (Certified Scrum Master) is an advantage.
  • Experience as a Product Owner is an advantage
  • Ability to understand SAP, IT terms and IT environment is an advantage
  • Experience from Business processes within Logistics are
