At Product Development IT (PD IT), we are responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of IT solutions. The work environment is international, and our employees are representing different nationalities and countries. As a Senior Manager of R&D Methods and Products your tasks typically are:
- Motivating, engaging and developing your co-workers.
- Create common strategy together with your Business Areas, communicate it and make sure that your teams are executing it in the right direction.
- Represent PD IT in various forums within the PD process.
- Lead cross-functional assignments and create value streams with an agile mindset.
- Be a part of the IR department management team.

You probably have an IT education and/or equivalent experience which has given you the ability to talk in terms of IT matters and understanding the reality of the users.
