Our Exciting Opportunity

We are currently looking for a software developer to strengthen our team and community for the area ADP (Application Development Platform) within PDG (Product Development Group) Mobility to deliver Cloud-Native services to meet our new demands for flexible, fast, scalable, innovative 5G Core networks.

ADP provides a toolbox of generic services that can be incorporated and re-used when developing new cloud-native network functions. This will lead to faster development of our new 5G functionality.

You will

  • Support DevOps architecture in automating the solution delivery and assist in aligning the automation with the delivery processes to achieve the optimal outcome focusing on time, cost, and quality
  • Possess ability in coding, scripting, integration, and verification around the entire lifecycle of a solution delivery
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the teams within our organization
  • Support teams in their cloud-native transformation
  • Seek opportunities to teach others how to use the tools and promote a culture of automation

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Experience in CI/CD Pipeline Development: e.g. Jenkins, Spinnaker
  • Experience with artifact repository and static code analysis: Artifactory
  • Experience in Containers and Container management: e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher
  • Understanding of CI/CD processes execution (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins)
  • Kubernetes Cluster setup and configuration
  • Deployment of workloads with Helm experience
  • Experience of automation in the form of scripting, using bash or python
  • Understanding of application deployment developed on different languages: e.g. Java, Go lang
  • Innovation attitude and the ability to adapt and respond to change
  • Passion to explore new insights and address future opportunities and improvements!

  • Proficiency in English
  • Highly developed collaboration skills
  • Curious personality with a holistic view who loves working with exciting tasks where decisions often need to be taken based on information from different partners and investigations
  • Readiness to drive work tasks independently with constant communication towards your partners
