We are now looking for a Test Environment Developer within the Test Environment Section in PDU Radio mainly working with our Instruments, Tools and Over-The-Air (OTA) Chambers.

This position reports to the Manager of Test Environment Section.

You will

  • Work together with colleagues securing needed instruments, instrument features and test tools for our verifications
  • Be a part of the development, implementation, and maintenance of the global PDU Radio OTA Chamber Strategy for the coming years ahead for our 5G chamber measurement capability and preparedness; ensure that it is cost effective and cost efficient
  • Continuously improve and challenge our WoW which involves using internal tools to the fullest and helping with implementation from start to finish


To be successful in the role you have

  • B.Sc. or M. Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 3 years' experience within Instruments in the RF domain
  • Solid understanding and knowledge of various Ericsson Test tools
  • Good knowledge within OTA Chambers Area
  • Technical understanding and knowledge within Ericsson architecture & technical solutions is a merit but not required.
  • Broad knowledge within innovation who is solution oriented with experience in telecom area.
  • Result-focused attitude and find it stimulating to work with organizational change and collaboration across the organization
  • Innovating, improving, adapting and responding to change mentality
  • Excellent skills in communication and in handling relations
