Within the Gateway organization we are now hiring a line manager to further strengthen our focus in Continuous integration and Continuous deployment (CI/CD).

In this exciting role as line manager for CI/CD you will lead a unit of 20 engineers, all located at the Lindholmen site in Gothenburg. You will work closely with several other managers in Gothenburg and also other sites in Europe, China and India. You will report to the department head for Continuous integration and Continuous deployment, who is also located in Gothenburg.

You will

  • Lead your team driving the Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment of the global Gateway products
  • Mentor and develop individuals and teams, fostering a learning, innovative and creative culture
  • Encourage collaboration between your teams and other teams within the entire global Gateway development
  • Secure that the organization and community has the needed capability and support to contribute to our operations
  • Be responsible for recruitment and staffing for your unit

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Experience in software design or verification and the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
  • Extensive experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment of Software
  • Great leadership and coaching skills in line with Ericsson core values, with a genuine interest in people, finding it stimulating to work in teams and with teams
  • Large degree of flexibility, willingness to change and to tackle different tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to speak & write English fluently
