As part of the Excellerate program you are able to seize the initiative, operate with a consultative approach and collaborate on cross-technology solutions. The program will ensure you gain real practical insight into our business, our stakeholders and our customers including communication service providers (CSP) across the globe, and how we integrate end-to-end solutions to ensure everyone worldwide is connected.

Your journey within the Excellerate Program will start as an Improvement & Performance Manager within our Network Managed Services team!

Our Exciting Opportunity

Networks are changing at a very fast pace and so is the way we manage them. Our Managed Services business is the driving force behind an industry change using the capabilities supported with our new data driven approach to management called the Ericsson Operations Engine.

This transformation in approach combines our community of innovate and driven people using their knowledge & skills applied with digital capabilities like automation and machine learning as the heart of the Ericsson Operations Engine.

We are driving a digital transformation at scale and changing how networks around the world are being managed for an entire industry! Are you ready to be a change agent in our forward-thinking organization?

You will

  • Manage business critical projects and initiatives while working with forward-thinking colleagues from different cultures around the globe
  • Identify, align and prioritize potential change areas, based on customer and business needs
  • Inspire change and improvements within and across functions/units, processes and value flows

In this role you will report to Head of Global Program Management Service Area Managed Services Networks.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Business understanding and critical thinking capabilities to explore creative solutions to opportunities
  • Capability in leading projects and inspiring change in large, sophisticated, and cross-functional teams
  • Cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal communications and networking skills
  • Thought Leadership skills in identifying short- and long-term priorities to improve business strategy
  • Capability to embrace working in a rapidly developing area, understand that innovating, adapting and responding to change is key to success
  • An MBA and PMP certification (highly desirable) or equivalent
  • Experience in software delivery, agile methodologies, and advanced analytics (encouraged)
