Our Exciting Opportunity

Cloud & Applications (C&A) main mission is to provide outstanding standard Cloud based Services categorized as Infrastructure, Platform, and Software as a Service (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS). The Services supports R&D's end to end development pipeline with high criteria of availability and security. These services that cater to the R&D development and test workloads shall be fully safeguarded and be highly available.

This position is to ensure security activities and to drive security initiatives to align to security/privacy policies, directives and instructions. The position coordinates all security management related activities for the organization such as:
  • Security initiatives to ensure alignment to security/privacy policies, directives and instructions
  • Monitoring of compliance as per the Group policies, instructions and guidelines
  • Addressing Ericsson and user's security requirements, sharing the best security practices and maintaining security awareness
  • Participating in preparation & execution of security audits and assessments towards ISMS compliance

This position reports to the Head of Security Area Network SA C&A Technology & Portfolio.

You will

  • Serve as an information security expert and trusted advisor to business and partners in IT
  • Support SA C&A service operations to ensure adherence with information security requirements, relevant regulatory and industry norms and standards
  • Ensure availability of IT security information, support and expertise, both pro- and reactively
  • Lead change activities to increase security level when needed
  • Contribute to internal and external IT security assessments and audits

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Master of Science or Bachelor of Science in a relevant field
  • Experience in one of more security domain areas of access control, communications security, operations security, securing cloud environments and / or operating systems / virtualized environments, network architecture and design
  • Good understanding or hands-on experience with R&D WoW, its components, tools and IT services around R&D
  • Good collaboration skills and dedication as a teammate
  • Technical knowledge of SA C&A service portfolio
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

These merits improve your chance to get this position
  • Experience with information security risk management and information security assessments and audits
  • One or more industry recognized security certification (SANS, ISC2, ISACA, EC-Council)
  • Experience with regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR), industry security standards (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53) and how they are reflected by Ericsson ISMS
  • In-depth and hands-on knowledge of ISO 27001 controls, and how they should be implemented to secure Ericsson's information technology environments)
