Our Exciting Opportunity

The Architecture and Verification team within Ericsson Release and Configuration area is responsible for ensuring an excellent digital transformation of our business.

Our team of Architects, Test leads and Business analyst is growing and looking for new skilled team members!

We are now looking for enthusiastic Business Analysts to join the team!

You will

  • Design, implement and deploy digitalized business flows, including system design, documentation, test and change management aspects.
  • Communicate design overviews to executive and technical management.
  • Instruct organizational stakeholders on potential threats in order to gain support for information technology strategies.
  • Secure application designs support the overall technological strategy.
  • Work with key personnel on recommendations for the information technology investment strategy needed to support application designs.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Experience of driving the implementation of an end to end flow, including application development, change management and deployment.
  • Ability to visualize and translate technical concepts into integrated systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations.
  • Basic understanding of the industry, with the desire to become a subject matter expert on the job!
  • Innovation and problem-solving skills to develop and propose solutions.
  • Bachelor's or Master´s degree in Engineering, Computer science, Management Information Systems or Business.
