About the role


As Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a new channel partner program, mainly on mainland Europe, drawing on the success in the Nordic region. Together with our existing channel sales manager and VP sales you will recruit new channel partners, identify mutual target customers and oversee the development of the channel, from start via first implementation to continued channel growth. Your principal tasks will include:

Map potential channel partner candidates
Approach candidates and present Halon’s proposition
Negotiate terms of agreements 
Design common go-to-market strategy
Coordination of Halon / Channel Partner pre sales resources
Facilitate prompt negotiations
Analyse and develop existing Channel performance

About you
We believe you are a doer with a highly developed strategic mindset, being able to plan far ahead. Moreover, you are self sufficient but eager to learn - you don’t hesitate to ask the questions needed in order to advance your understanding quickly. A university degree
At least 5 years of relevant experience
Experience from B2B sales
Experience from software / system sales
The ability to communicate in English with ease

The ideal candidate would also tick some of the following boxes:
Robust knowledge of the business model of System Integrators / ICT consultants
Experience as B2B Channel Sales Manager
Experience from the IT infrastructure domain
Proficiency in Dutch, German and / or French
