Are you a person with a passion to use the latest technologies to drive and improve productivity and efficiency? We are now rapidly growing DSE globally, and we have a great opportunity for you to become a member of the team that leads the development of a state of the art development environment supporting the BDGS Cloud Native transformation.

You will:

  • Act as Program Leader within BDGS RDP R&D Development and Environment.
  • Mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential.
  • Work in close cooperation with other BDGS and Ericsson programs and PDGS PDUs.
  • Be an active member in the Development Environment team and continuously contribute towards reaching the objectives of the unit.

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Deep understanding of the R&D flow as well as of Lean and Agile methodology
  • Deep understanding on how to perform efficient Development and Operations including continuous design, integration, deployment and operations.
  • Overall technical knowledge of Cloud Native Software Development.
  • The capability to formulate strategies for a highly efficient development environment as well as software pipelines.
  • The ability to work closely with Programs, PDUs, Engineering Services, IT and other Ericsson partners.
  • The ability to break down barriers to support a speedy execution in a high pace environment.
  • Ability to lead teams into new ways of working and have a track record of setting and delivering to high standards.
  • Thrive in a constantly evolving and complex environment.

Key qualifications:

  • MSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • Proven skills in Program Management
  • Experience from Product Management and Systems Management work
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills in line with Ericsson core values
  • Extensive experiences from software development and integration
  • Business understanding and customer insight
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills, speak & write English fluently
