Our Exciting Opportunity

Packet core Strategy Business Area Digital Services (BDGS) develop and deliver packet core solution for mobile networks. At BDGS, you'll join us right before we take the next important step in the development of our products. We enable millions of simultaneous connected mobile users while handling traffic from IoT to 4K video in Gbit speeds. BDGS will become the partner of choice of Telecom operators using the latest technologies in cloud and automation to manage complexity so the ambitious can differentiate with TCO (Total cost of ownership) efficient solutions for programmable 4G and 5G networks, automated operations and digital engagements.

We are currently looking for a Change Leader within PDG Mobility Development.

You will be responsible to continuously identify and orchestrate multiple strands of change leading to continuous improvements in our operation. To ensure that changes are implemented and stick. The Change leader serves as a methodology coach for the organization, working with other leader roles in our operations.

You will

  • Enable continuous flow optimization
  • Identify ideas for change, drive selected change initiatives and make changes stick
  • Secure good knowledge of the methodology used across the organization
  • Implement a continuous learn and adapt a mindset
  • Coach (primarily) leaders in the organization
  • Ensure that changes in our WoW also include the necessary tool adaptions/changes
  • Communicate, coordinate and align with both internal and external partners
  • Lead and have a high interest in people, processes and technologies

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience and good track record as a leader and change agent
  • Good understanding of software development
  • Customer focus and result orientation
  • Good presentation- and relation-handling skills as we believe in teamwork!
  • Excellent English skills in both writing and conversation
  • High energy and commitment
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks
  • Ability to continuously challenge yourself and the organization
  • Passion and experience working according to Lean and Agile development - your competence will help us evolve in this area!
  • A positive can-do attitude!

Key tasks

  • Continuously inform about ongoing change initiatives
  • Create a structure to manage change initiatives ensuring priority, transparency and focus
  • Continuously monitor the flows. Identify improvement proposals by clarifying the problem, describing the proposed solution and the benefits it will give.
  • Ensure updated training material on methodology and processes
  • Use "Go see" concept to continuously develop and learn
