Group IT is a function hosted in Business Area Managed Services with the aim to shape and execute our digital strategy, vision and to ensure X-functional execution. Automation & AI is a key theme of Ericsson Digital Transformation and Group IT continues to build up world class competence in this area to drive business transformation, and to ensure secure and scalable development, deployment and continued operations of automations.

You will...

Be an important team member of the Group IT Solution Area Automation and AI as well as Group IT Solution Area Data & Analytics, driving strategy and execution in the area of automation, analytics and AI for enterprise & services workflows. The individual occupying this role will work closely with Head of AAA Transformation, Transformation LT, both SA LTs and business partners to drive the following areas;

Process mining driver
  • Be the AAA representative in the Process mining core team
  • Drive development of key executive insights and dashboards for the key Ericsson business flows
  • Influence the strategic agenda of process mining through core team and steerco
  • Drive strategic aspects of process mining like automation base lining and link to value tracking for delivered automations
  • Drive inclusion of process mining into overall AAA offering
  • Work across Transformation Areas to ensure value being derived from process mining


Discovery & Transformation process management
  • Own the discovery process and related tools, methodologies and documentation across TAs and portfolio
  • Ensure compliance in our process work
  • Ensure link in process and documentation with Execution teams


Target setting and value tracking
  • Support Transformation Head and Business Operations Head with target setting for Transformation and break downs on Transformation teams
  • Ensure value tracking process works connecting process, tools, methodologies, reporting and data from the software products, working with BO team and Transformation teams


Team management support
  • Support Head of Transformation with various team management activities like team meetings, LT meetings, team workshops etc.


Support in strategy projects
  • Support Strategy Lead and Transformation Head with selected strategy projects pending on prioritization and time availability


To be successful in the role you must have
  • Ability to influence across the organization, effectively leading change, originating ideas, championing, and gaining commitment
  • Ability to communicate and drive engagement
  • Ability to quickly understand the e2e process for discovery, deliver and operations of AAA solutions
  • Experience in technology strategy, operations transformation, technology adoption, digital transformation, one or more Automation & AI technologies (AI, RPA, Blockchain, cognitive, low code etc.)
  • Good understanding of general enterprise business flows (e.g. O2C, P2P), preferably from within Ericsson
  • Experience of driving improvements in above flows
  • Excellent senior partner management and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage architects, business analysts and developers to achieve business value in areas of ownership
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presenting skills, comfortable being in front of an audience
  • Master's degree in engineering, Business Administration or equivalent education
