Our Exciting Opportunity

Group IT M&A/Divest coordinated all activities across Ericsson related to IT, such as Due Diligence, Integration and Carve-outs. We are currently a team with around 10 skilled people with varying but deep experience from different positions at Ericsson and/or Consultant roles.

We are now looking to hire a Senior Project Manager to drive complex projects across multiple Functions.

You will
  • Manage relationships across the business.
  • Manage bigger projects and/or multiple smaller activities within Ericsson's IT. Your success highly dependent on support from our colleague's within Group IT.
  • Manage virtual and physical teams across our global IT organization.

You will in this role report to Head of IT M&A and Divest.

To be successful in the role you must have
  • Significant experience of leading complex projects.
  • Proficiency in working across multiple functional areas, most likely gained through a number of years within operational delivery and project management experience.
  • Project management experience in leading physical and virtual teams geographically dispersed globally.
  • Ability, willingness and determination to lead results-oriented projects through to completion.
  • The understanding for the need to forge positive relationships across the business - encouraging a sense of openness and transparency.
  • Willingness to adopt and harness differences in perspective and opinion with the ability to understand that one size does not fit all.
  • Highly developed communication and presentation skills.
  • A Positive, dynamic, goal and results - oriented personality, easily adapting to change and delivering products on time.
  • Proficiency in oral and written English.
  • Ability and willingness to travel.
