Are you the one we are looking for? We're now hiring a manager to lead our section Antenna System 1 in Department Antenna System and Technology. Manager with great interest in antenna system to strengthen our team!

As a manager, you will guide, mentor, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organization. You will cultivate a creative and learning culture.

Antenna System 1 at Ericsson Lindholmen is included in Ericsson's global radio development organization. Our focus is on Advanced Antenna System (AAS) radio products for 5G and beyond. We're engaged in antenna systemization for overall system performance as well as antenna systemization for products and solutions. We're working with antenna partners and vendors to drive and secure antenna technology and antenna development. We're also involved in antenna verification technologies and methods for over-the-air testing.

You will

  • Mentor, challenge and develop individuals and the team, supporting them to reach their full potential
  • Contribute to reach Technology Leadership by mentoring your team to trying out new insights and change activities to meet the key company goal and profitability
  • Lead the team for success in antenna system development for radio products for 5G and beyond

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Technical education at a university level is required. B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics strongly desired
  • Strong technical leadership skills, able to understand, support and challenge the technical issues facing your team of system designers
  • Good understanding and possible implementations of the concepts of Lean and Agile principles and to be able to motivate change in this area
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as teambuilding, mentor and collaboration skills
  • Experience of antenna system and product development
