Our Exciting Opportunity

Are you a developer with Python skills, combined with skill also in Java and interest in automation?

We are looking for an engage and highly motivated developer to strengthen our team responsible for building, maintaining, and evolving an automation framework for non-functional testing. As the software industry is going through a major transformation with Cloud Native principles the team works in the forefront of this evolution and needs to apply to the new technologies and ways of working introduced.

The successful candidate has high interest and good programming skills in Python and Java. Orderly, can work independently, can take lead when needed, good communicating skill and encourage team collaboration.

We adopt Agile way of working in which continuous improvement and innovation happen in everyday work. We must all therefore have a learning and creative mentality begin adaptable as well as friendly and empathic.

You will
  • Participate in all phases of software implementations, ensuring code quality.
  • As team member involve in the evolution of the test automation framework, ensuring implementation is based on a sustainable technical architecture.
  • Detail the framework and support its users

To be successful in the role you must have
  • Master's or Bachelor´s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.
  • Good knowledge in Python and Java
  • Interest or experience in Software Testing and Software Craftmanship
  • Experience in Linux environments and tools like Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, Maven etc.
  • Inter-personal skills and is flexible and willing to adapt and respond to change.
  • A creative mentality and motivated by finding new paths, innovations and solutions.

Meritorious but not required is experience of Ericsson BEAM based Business Support Solutions, virtualization, or cloud environments.
