The following skills are key to succeed in this job:

  • Ability to lead the technical definitions of the end-to-end development pipeline(-s) towards the agreed vision, within the given boundaries.
  • Ability to lead a community of experienced architects across the DSE organization.
  • Ability to lead the work with other technical architects to define, describe and document the tools landscape and information model supporting it, including taking arbitrary decisions when so needed.
  • Ability to lead advanced process and tools experiments, mostly together with a PO but also on your own. Experimentation is an important way of working for us, when developing our future ways of working and our SW pipeline .
  • Ability to work tightly with Products Owners and process architects to create a common vision of how good looks like, how we are to get there, and what hinders there are for us moving towards the vision. This includes also agreeing on the boundaries of our SW Development system, e.g. necessary behaviors, what to align on (and what to keep autonomous within each PDU).
  • Ability to work actively with process architects and technical architects across BDGS as well as in other Ericsson Business Areas and Group Functions.
  • Ability to engage in activities outside Ericsson, e.g. with other companies, conferences or similar, to broaden his/her views and get inspiration. Info collected outside Ericsson is encouraged to be shared internally, in the network you will be keeping and with managers around you.

  • Ability to understanding and interest in modern SW development and technologies is of the outmost importance. You must have a proven experience from actual advanced SW product development, experiences from IT is considered a plus but not crucial.
  • Ability to do have domain experience: Computer Science, General SW Development, Cloud Native SW Development .
  • Ability to have product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge .
  • Ability to Innovating, experimenting, adapting and responding to change... or rather: leading change!
