Our Exciting Opportunity

We are expanding our Dedicated Networks team in Gothenburg with a new Program Manager that will lead all our R&D activities related to the Industry Connect product!

In addition to working with the local team at the Lindholmen site, you will also interact and collaborate with colleagues around the world.

This is a chance to be a part of the Industry 4.0 revolution and work in the forefront with new 5G technologies. We are aiming to be the world leaders in the small network deployment business, and we need you to make this happen!

You will

  • Follow up on the budget for Industry Connect R&D Activities
  • Work closely with the Product Management team
  • Team up with System Managers to plan upcoming work
  • Plan, lead and execute release workshops
  • Make sure to conduct releases in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and prioritize dozens of activities at any given time
  • Ensure that Stream leads can reach their targets
  • Coach and develop team members
  • Create weekly/monthly progress reports
  • Continuously find areas of improvement and drive vital changes


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Previous experience as a Program Manager
  • Experience in handing a budget
  • Track record in product development
  • Ability to take quick and tough decisions
  • Excellent leadership qualities
