Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Service Manager for Ericsson internal connectivity to join our team!

On this role you will ensure that the required value (quality, speed and flexibility) for our global services are provided in the most cost-effective way possible to the business. To add on a challenge, this needs to be done while adhering to compliance requirements. You can achieve this by working together with our IT Product Owners, Regional IT managers, Ericsson business representatives and Sourcing teams to design and maintain the IT Service portfolio, including managing the life-cycle and allocating services to operational entities (internal and approved external providers) such that performance is optimized!

The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, reporting to the Head of IT Cloud Services Network.

You will

  • Manage services including supplier governance, service documentation, provisioning, and quality of service delivered
  • Ensure high-quality service introduction on all changes to current services or of new service
  • Govern service financials including budget and operations cost of the service
  • Maintain service performance by monitoring delivery and making sure delivery is in line with agreements for all services delivered (internal and external)
  • Influence key partners and provide service operation support
  • Coordinate with suppliers on improvement opportunities

To be successful in the role you must have

  • A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years experience from sourcing, product or service management
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
  • Excellent negotiation and financial abilities
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated ability from IP Connectivity, IT Cloud Networks, WAN (Wide Area Networks) or Network Security
