Our Exciting Opportunity

Development System and Environment (DSE) is part of BA Digital Services R&D, Portfolio and Strategy. We Create and Manage a Compelling State of the Art Development System and Development Environment (design, test and deploy) that give Ericsson a Competitive Advantage.

We are now looking for an experienced Engagement Project Manager to join one of our key programs named Shared Target Cloud (STC) with the main responsibility to drive the project execution with the right scope, quality, time, and cost for product development. To be successful, you need a strong ability to drive and empower people as well as make and follow-up plans, status, and deliveries. We prefer a candidate that have a solid Project Management with a good technological and technical understanding.

This position reports to the Head of DevOps.

You will

  • Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the vital resources & plans & monitor all activities
  • Drive project execution: track project activities, supervise & handle changes, conflicts & critical issues
  • Ensure and supervise quality of all project work you're doing: software, documents and status information like test results and quality metrics.
  • Handle partner engagement: manage partner relationship building confidence & trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings as well as for scope and delivery coordination.
  • Manage project finance: ensure financial scenario planning input and system monitoring
  • Develop the PM subject area: simplify processes, methods & tools with innovative ideas

To be successful in the role you have

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree or extensive experience in related area
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification & Risk Management Skills or equivalent
  • Business Understanding and Understanding of local cultures in relevant CU's / geographies
  • Very good understanding of Ericsson Business Process, Financial- sales model
  • Great English language skills
  • Flexible attitude, open to new ways of working
  • Customer and Market Insight
  • Business Understanding
  • Leading & supervising
  • Planning & organizing
  • Ericsson product knowledge in one or more of the BA Digital Services domains is a plus (Cloud/NFVi, ADP, IT, BSS, OSS, IMS, Packet Core)
