Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a new member to our Digital Development Team in Lund, Sweden. You will be working on UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) verification and methodology with a special focus on improving, standardizing and automating our flow. With an ASIC developer community of 700 engineers, it is key to evolve together and provide our teams with the tools and support that they need to succeed. You will be responsible for supporting many ASIC development teams, helping them adopt and perform an intelligent, automated verification flow. You will be setting the pace for improvements and fast delivery and you will make a difference!

The position requires a strong collaborative approach to problem solving in the UVM verification arena, very good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach to our global teams, experience in UVM methodology verification, and excellent scripting skills.

Responsibilities of this role:

  • Plan and prioritize UVM improvement activities that will benefit our ASIC teams
  • Create automation/scripts related to verification improvements
  • Document improvements in a user-friendly manner and provide periodic roadshows to our ASIC communities globally
  • Support ASIC development teams hands-on with adoption of above improvements
  • Collect feedback and metrics from teams about the above improvements
  • Report progress, team feedback and value added to management.


  • MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
  • 5+ years experience in digital ASIC/FPGA verification using UVM methodology
  • Strong scripting experience e.g. Python, TCL, and/or Perl
  • Communication and presentation skills are needed (English)
