Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a Downlink Tech Leader to our growing team. You will be part of the Power Amplifier design team that are developing PA: s for Ericsson future Radio Systems. In this role you will cooperate between all disciplines in the TX chain to secure an end-to-end solution. You will hold a key role in our development projects and needs to be self-driven and work independently to be successful. You are a natural leader with the abilities to delegate, support and take decisions. As a Downlink Tech Leader you have the ability to have an overview of the project at the same time as having a good understanding of the details.

You will

  • Be part of a highly diverse team with varied strengths and take part in a variety of activities that comes with the role
  • Be responsible for link budgets and development of TX chains for Ericsson future Radio Systems
  • Belong to a team that work on all horizons: Research, pre-development, product development as well as after market

To be successful in the role you must have

  • A university degree: MS in electronics or engineering physics, or PhD PA related subject
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience within Radio systems development
  • Business understanding

Core proficiencies

  • You will be comfortable in communication with internal and external stakeholders
  • You are skilled in ADS or AWR
  • You are familiar with all kinds of lab equipment
  • You have experience in different PA modes and architectures
  • You are familiar with transistor technology and different device vendors
  • You have experience with volume production aspects
