Our Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Operations within DSE (Development System and Environment). Our mission is to build and manage a compelling state of the art development system and development environment. We are now rapidly growing DSE globally, and we have a great opportunity to lead the Operations unit in Kista while operating in a highly collaborative fashion interacting with colleagues across the unit.

This role will report to Head of Development System & Environment.

You will

  • Manage an Operations unit including financial management, resource management, securing relevant governance, processes, ways of working and quality assurance are in place
  • Lead DSE transformational and development activities, including strategic cross-DSE programs
  • Lead team members and young engineers to reach their full potential
  • Enable a good collaboration with other DSE DevOps units and key partners
  • Be an active member of the DSE leadership team and continuously contribute towards reaching the objectives of the unit

To be successful in the role you have

  • Deep understanding on how to perform efficient Development and Operations including continuous design, integration, deployment and operations
  • Deep understanding of the R&D flow
  • Solid understanding of operations management
  • Overall technical interest and knowledge of the 5GC, Cloud Native, Development Environment and IT domains
  • The capability to formulate strategies for a highly flexible Development Environment
  • Ability to work closely with Programs, PDUs, Engineering Services, IT and other Ericsson partners
  • The ability to break down barriers to support a speedy execution in a high pace environment
