Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a combined role for troubleshooting and driver coordination of prototype buildings. Your role will include development activities such as: troubleshooting, analysis, verifications, tests, support, but also coordination of daily operations. You are a structured and flexible person that like to add value in our processes. To succeed as a coordinator, you need ability to collaborate and take your own initiatives and decisions. In your role as a troubleshooter you need analytical skills to manage complex Printed Circle Board: s (PCB) within Highband and Midband Radio Products. Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work.


  • Perform trouble shooting of PCB: s and report deviations
  • Drive and coordinate daily operation of prototype buildings
  • Testing of boards and radio units (including LTT)
  • Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
  • Calibrate of tools
  • Prepare CompView files
  • Maintenance of ESD measuring stations

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • B. Sc or M. Sc in Computer science, Electrical engineering, Engineering physics or similar
  • English skills both in speaking and writing

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Innovating, adapting, and responding to changes
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Planning and Organizing
