Our Great Opportunity

Business Area Networks (BNEW) is responsible for Ericsson's industry leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson's technology leadership. BNEW is focused on securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G, and continuing to invest for sustainable technology leadership within a highly competitive market. The Operations & Capability Management section within Development Unit Networks (DNEW) Networks System & Verification (NSV) Operations & Programs is responsible for operational performance, change management and capability management.

We are now looking for a change leader to strengthen our operations capability in NSV, especially Information Assets' access control at Business Access Management area. We are also expecting this change leader to explore improvement opportunities, simplifying and/or digitalizing our operations process.

You will

  • Be part of the Operations and Capability section within DNEW NSV Operations & Programs.
  • Drive and coordinate Information Assets' access control in NSV organization, following Ericsson Business Assessment Management directives and principles, incl. Document management & access control, other development or collaboration tools access control.
  • Work closely with BNEW/DNEW security program, act as security guard for Information assets access control and be part of Ericsson Information Security community
  • Explore improvements opportunities, simplify and/or digitalize our operations process, e.g. Information Assets' handling process, systemization process, verification process, release process, etc.

The role has many stakeholders both NSV internally (NSV lines and programs) and NSV externally (DNEW/BNEW operations community), which requires good communication skills and diplomatic approach while being assertive.

To be successful in the role you are

  • a soon to be or recent graduate holding a technical Master's degree.
  • someone with good understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
  • a person with communication skills adaptive to different levels of audience
