Our Exciting Opportunity

Ericsson Research performs groundbreaking research through cooperation with partners, customers, universities, and research institutes around the world, as well as within the global Ericsson organization! Ericsson Research is a global organization consisting of approximately 700 employees organized in 8 research areas.

We are now recruiting a Project Governance Leader to support Ericsson Research funded projects with applications, follow up, audits and finalization! The role also includes supporting projects in funded project guidance regarding rules and regulations in Swedish as well as international industrial activities.

You will
  • Manage digitalization of funding process, project reporting towards external parties.
  • Manage execution of Research funded project administration.
  • Manage Ericsson research project planning.
  • Review and support public funded research project applications.
  • Support in digitalization of Academia cooperation's.
  • Be able to search for, propose and drive digitalization and simplification of funded projects within Ericsson Research and Ericsson Group.
  • Cooperate with Ericsson Research globally and Ericsson Business areas.


You will in this role report to Head of ER Project Office.

To be successful in the role you must have
  • At least a BSc degree in Engineering or Master's in finance.
  • Knowledge and experience of participation and writing application in public funded national and international projects.
  • Skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • A genuine interest and skills in digitalization.
  • Knowledge of research and Ericsson.
  • Ability to drive, very good collaboration and communication skills, a talent for innovation and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
