Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a Change Leader to our team! As a Change Leader you would be a vital part of a global development organization. The Change Leader will report to the Operational Development & Project functions Sweden2 Manager.

You will work in close cooperation with our Radio Programs and also with other change leaders to align way of working within Product Development Unit Radio and Development Unit Network.

You will

As change leader you will drive continuous improvement work that will vary over time, based on most prioritized needs, such as:

  • Actively participate in and drive our process work.
  • Drive new ways of working to make us more efficient.
  • Educate and coach us in our process work, new ways of working and information sharing.
  • Secure a learning organization, by lessons learned activities, impediment handling and other activities.
  • Participate and contribute in our governance meetings for operational development.
  • Secure and follow up our sector goals.
  • Work with other organizations within DNEW to align processes and ways of working


To be successful in the role you have

  • Education: BSC or equivalent
  • Min years of experience within R&D, preferable DNEW: 5 years
  • Demonstrated ability: Technical Project Management and Change Management
  • Good R&D Project and Program Management understanding
  • Several years of experience with R&D processes, including lean & agile practices
  • A large degree of flexibility and willingness to seek different tasks
  • Proficient organisational change attitude incl good communication, leadership and negotiations skills
  • The ability to see things from different perspectives, then judge the best solution forward and align parties
  • Ability drives continuous improvement work
  • Proficient experience in development initiatives in multi-site organizations or projects
  • An analytical attitude, are structural and result oriented.
