Our Exciting Opportunity

The ASIC&FPGA organization at Ericsson in Lund, Sweden, is growing, and we are now looking for an additional SoC Architect to join our already successful team of SoC Architects. In this role you will together with other SoC Architects define the next generation Radio ASIC:s and FPGA:s for Ericsson's base stations. You will work in collaboration with other development organizations at Ericsson together with our partners and vendors.

This role reports to Line Manager System on Chip (SoC) Architect

You will

  • Together with product and system organizations define our future ASIC:s and FPGA:s
  • Work with the latest enabling technologies and 5G standards
  • Work in close cooperation with our design teams to implement the requirements
  • Work in an international environment together with Ericsson employees, partners and vendors

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Masters in science or similar
  • At least 7 years shown experience of ASIC and/or FPGA development
  • A good understanding of the system design and prior experience in ASIC or FPGA systematization
  • Experience in one or several of the following: silicon technologies, performance and power estimation, CPU, digital filters, DFT, high-speed interfaces.
