Excellent! As we are now looking for a creative, upbeat, out of the box Integration lead to join solution area Automation and AI within Ericsson Group IT. We are embracing a start-up mentality to deliver automation solutions to drive business transformation, targeting to automate all repetitive tasks, democratize Automation and AI across the company.

You will

  • ensure technical solution architecture of integrations are designed
  • coordinate and lead the development process to a production-ready integration
  • define and implement automation and AI integration development lifecycle strategy, methodology and templates
  • coach and drive best practise and learning around integration
  • collaborate with other Group IT, business and IT partner/supplier teams for technical requirements, solution design, staffing needs, road blockers and approvals
  • act as last line support for integration problems

To be successful in the role you

  • must have solid experience with IT integration technologies, platforms and approaches
  • have project delivery experience as Technical/Technology Lead or Architect or Technical Project Manager or Integration Architect
  • have experience with API Architecture, API Standards & Specifications, API lifecycle management tools (e.g. MuleSoft, Apigee, Broadcom), IT Security requirements
  • can easily plan, prioritize and manage projects in the right direction and connect with different type of individuals
  • are a structured person who thinks that quality is important!
  • can communicate about problems and possible solutions in an easy and understandable way
  • have outstanding technical leadership skills, ability to understand, support and challenge the team to make efficient decisions from medium to long-term perspective
