Compute and Digital Silicon (CDS) develops and delivers solutions for mobile networks. We enable millions of simultaneous connected mobile users while handling traffic from IoT to video. CDS is using the latest technologies and automation to manage complexity.

We stand at the forefront of software and hardware development to build the best product in the world. Early interaction with customers and close cooperation with suppliers is a key element in our development process. Through a prioritized backlog, we rely on team responsibility to complete analysis and design. Empowerment and innovation are key ingredients.

We are currently looking for a System Project Manager, for handling the system activities (e.g. system studies and requirements) needed to develop our 5G products. Our product portfolio is based on Ericsson Radio System, we seek to build a common architecture for all Radio network products. To expand our organization's capability and responsiveness towards the market we are looking for a results-oriented, intelligent, creative and inspiring individual to join us. This is an important role within our organization, focusing on technology leadership as well as business needs in a balanced view.

You will

  • secure short and long term plans based on agreed capability for system design activities/artifacts
  • be accountable for visualizing plans and progress and promptly highlight deviations and risks through involvement in ongoing system design and development activities
  • facilitate technical meetings and good collaboration across Business, Technology and Operation dimensions between Product Owners, System Architects and general System Level analysts and designers
  • be responsible for defining and implementing improvements of System Management / Requirement way of working and applicable flows.

It is also desired that you have

  • experience from system requirement handling
  • deep understanding of the telecom domain
