At Solution Area Enterprise Systems within Ericsson's Group IT, we run IT like a business which means focusing on the value we deliver; on top of costs we generate! We make the step from consuming technology to actively identify, nurture, and develop new technology - but only that which deliver value to our customers.

We are accountable for management and transformation of End-to-End business process in the flow dimension covering Sales, Marketing, Supply, Sourcing Finance, HR, Resource Management, R&D etc. The application landscape spans across PLM, CRM, SRM (Supplier Relationship Management), ERP, SCM, MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), HRMS etc to deliver Digital Ericsson.

We are now looking for a Technical Product Manager for our Salesforce platform! As Technical Product Manager, you will lead the technical Product Lifecycle in alignment with the product portfolio strategy and plan, manage requirements, solution design, integrations and architecture in adherence to overarching principles and frameworks. You will be part of a team of Strategic and Technical Product managers, as well as platform consultants, working with distributed development teams.

You will
  • Define product strategy, roadmap and optimize product TCO
  • Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development
  • Administer functional and non-functional requirements
  • Safeguard the product design, integrations and architecture
  • Document and maintain product information

You will in this role report to Head of SSA Market & Sell Portfolio.

To be successful in the role you must have
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience from technical product management or equivalent
  • Experience within Salesforce CRM, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (relevant Salesforce certifications required)
  • A customer-centric approach for product prioritization and delivery execution focus
  • Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Agile methodology
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
