We are currently looking for:

A System Program Manager, for handling the system design activities (e.g. system studies and requirements) needed to develop our 5G products. Our new product portfolio is based on cloud native principles, we aim to create a common architecture for all Packet Core Network functions optimized to execute in cloud environments. Technology utilized include container technology like Docker and Kubernetes, microservices architecture and databases like Redis.

To expand our organization's capability and responsiveness towards the market we are looking for an ambitious, intelligent, creative and inspiring project/program manager to join us! We provide a fun and interactive environment where you can grow and inspire your colleagues to further growth.

The system program manager role is a key role within our organization, focusing on technology leadership as well as business needs in a balanced view.

You will:

  • Lead a team of around 50 system designers, based on 6 locations around the globe. The largest part will be in Gothenburg.
  • Secure short and long term plans based on agreed capability for system design activities/artifacts
  • Visualize plans and progress and promptly highlight deviations and risks through involvement in ongoing system design and development activities
  • Facilitate technical meetings and ensure good collaboration across Business, Technology and Operation dimensions between Product Owners, System Architects and general System Level analysts and designers
  • Propose and implement improvements of System Management / Requirement way of working and applicable flows.

It is also desired that you have:

  • experience from system requirement handling
  • deep understanding of the telecom domain/ area
