Our Exciting Opportunity

Standards & Technology, S&T, is responsible for Technology Leadership at Business Area Networks. Our staff consists of approximately 160 people in Stockholm (Kista), 60 people in Lund. We drive the work in several technology programs; HW Technology, SW Technology, Standardization, Concepts, Antenna and Filters, Architecture, and Testbed.

We now look for a SW developer that can participate in our AI/ML activities for real-time system emulation. The successful candidate will work in a team of distinguished experts, experienced developers and system engineers. The work is done in an agile manner and is research-intense using state-of-the-art SW tools, methods, and infrastructure.

You will

  • SW development, with special focus on ML and reinforcement learning
  • Extensive full stack system engineering in C++, Cuda, Julia, Python and other languages
  • A basic amount of infrastructure engineering on AWS or similar to tailor the development environment for maximum leverage of state-of-the-art cloud services
  • Participation in strategic discussion about 6G and real-time system emulation with internal stakeholders and external partners


To be successful in the role you must have

  • 5+ years of SW development experience across a broad range of technologies and applications
  • Up-to-date knowledge of AI and ML, where Reinforcement Learning is of particular merit
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Works efficiently in and with teams
  • Demonstrated technical curiosity across domains outside telco specifics
  • A clear drive to deliver
  • MSc or equivalent
