Our Outstanding Opportunity

As the Delivery Team Manager, you will need to establish relationships with product owners, suppliers and colleagues within Group IT and business/market areas. You are motivated to be self-lead and lead others, you need to dare to do the right things for the company, be prepared to jump into the unknown and dare to fail fast.

You will

  • Management of Risks/Impediments for set of projects
  • Resourcing/budget
  • Project plan baseline, MVPs tracking and achievements
  • Handle internal/external customer and partner engagement
  • Manage project finance and develop the business


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Experience setting a Project/Program/Delivery. Minimum 7+ years' experience.
  • Proven track record and outstanding execution experience/capabilities delivering large and complex projects/programs
  • Vast experience in customer and partner management in complex and diverse business environment
  • Experience in Agile WoW


Key Qualifications:

  • Experiences related to project management methodologies, techniques and tools.
  • Experience of working within the Telecom/IS/IT industry.
  • Experience working with multi-national global decentralized organizations with the ability to establish good working climate in a virtual environment using phone, mail and collaboration tools as communication vehicles.
  • Some level of technology/IT architecture understanding
  • Experience managing custom application development projects
