The Standardization & Technical Regulations team is a unit belonging to Radio Systems & Technology sector within PDU Radio in Development Unit Network. We are responsible for securing global regulatory radio product requirements.

As a Standardization Manager you will work with technical regulation and spectrum management.

You will

  • Work within "SPECTRE" project and represent Ericsson within different CEPT ECC technical committees
  • Contribute to internal studies specifying internal regulatory radio requirements
  • Influence regulatory product requirements in different regions
  • Be an interface towards various organizations both internally and externally
  • Be driving implementation of requirements into prioritized regional standardization committees


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Excellent knowledge of RF and radio spectrum requirements
  • Business and product understanding
  • Experience in simulation tools, MATLAB or equivalent
  • Long experience within area of telecommunication
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Phenomenal skills in Relating & Networking
  • The ability to Adapting & Responding to Change
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a multilateral environment.
  • Crafting & Innovating skills
  • The ability to Delivering Results
