Information & Process Architect Product Life Cycle Management

We are now looking for an Information & Business Process Architect to the PLM Transformation Execution Architect team. Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) is essential in most of Ericsson's business flows. PLM enables product information creation and usage during Development, Manufacturing, Sales, Delivery and Support and includes people, ways of working, business capabilities, applications, data and technology. A continued digital transformation of Ericsson's PLM solution is vital for our ability to continue to evolve our business models, explore new ways of engaging with customers and enable smarter product development and manufacturing. The target is a fully connected, data driven PLM.

Business Area Networks (BNEW) has been given the corporate responsibility for Development, Delivery and Operation of Ericsson's PLM system which includes the digital transformation of the PLM solution. We are now establishing the organization that will enable this PLM transformation.

Our target is to define, implement, verify, integrate and deploy a solution consisting of a set of product modules, supporting the business needs. Our Exciting Opportunity!

As an Information & Business Process Architect you will work with different process improvements across the Ericsson organization to identify, drive, support and facilitate efficient, effective change & performance improvements - from business needs to business results to create a new, transformed way of working with our PLM solution. You will, together with the Group Function Process organization transform, prioritize, design, document, deploy, maintain, support and improve processes in order to secure efficient operations and process flow while deliver excellent partner and customer value and experience. This covers different types of information, but to start with technical product information used in commercial flows. Other types of processes and related interfaces, i.e. E2E, main- or sub-processes and includes securing efficient handling of information in the interfaces towards other processes. Analyze and propose improvements to processes, operations and organizations. The improvements may be run in different ways: work streams in major transformation initiatives, projects/programs/line.

You will!

  • Collect, identify, align business requirements in prioritized potential change areas, based on customer and business needs and new possibilities derived from the PLM solution
  • Inspire change and improvements within and across functions/units, processes and value flows
  • Define and ensure governance structure and adherence to common process & information standards
  • Support, facilitate process modelling and integrate changes in the organization and process community
  • Provide analytical expertise to initiatives, business flows and functions
  • Align attributes in new and existing systems
  • Together with the PLM transformation initiatives deploy new ways of working meeting Customer Expectations
  • Work in competence teams within the architect unit to support transformation in the Information & process dimensions

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of Information and Business Process Architecture with Customer Experience focus including capability modelling
  • Understanding of Product Life Cycle Management and potential improvements is an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years' experience of Aris process tool for visualization
  • Excellent understanding and analyzing of Business Processes and Business Process Management skills
  • Change & Improvement Management Skills
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Prioritize and lead requirements on tactic and strategic level
