Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Customer Project Manager (CPM) in our Global PMO team, to lead assigned customer projects ensuring project goals are met, customer's expectations are fulfilled, and that the customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

You will

  • Customer and partner engagement: lead these relationships by building confidence and trust clear communications and assured expectation management.
  • Establish and communicate clear project goals and baselines against scope, timelines and (/or) cost, even when delivering in Agile increments. Work with Solution Architects to break down project work across several delivery teams, secure the vital resources and plan realistic delivery dates by driving out inter-team dependencies and risks.
  • Identify agile delivery opportunities, with constant cross checks on end business value.
  • Drive project execution; supervise delivery, expect change, own change management, pro-actively seek and resolve blockers flagged to you.
  • Manage UAT and Production releases, and project handover to our Support and Operational teams
  • Lead your multi-functional and sometimes remote team; ensure their agreement to common Project goals, build a real team spirit
  • Align your Stakeholders both inside and outside of Ericsson.
  • Work with the latest tools including Jira and Confluence.
  • Manage your project finances; ensure financial system tracking and keep on top of change management
  • Develop the business: participate in pre-sales meetings and contract preparation, help identify change request opportunities
  • Ensure governance processes are in place with key external vendors/suppliers (3PP)
  • Be part of a Global CPM Team, share experiences and develop the CPM subject area: simplify processes, methods and tools with creative ideas

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Education: PMI or Prince 2 certification
  • Agile knowledge and experience.
  • Min years of experience: 3 - 5
  • Demonstrated ability: Broadcast & Media (nice to have)
  • Financial Acuity & Analysis Skills
  • Business Understanding
  • Consultative Selling Skills
  • Excellent teammate skills
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Customer and Market Insight
  • Negotiation, Persuading & influencing excellent skills.
  • Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) Leading & supervising

  • Proficiency with the English Language
  • Good communication (Verbal and Non-Verbal)
