Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a skilled OPO (Operational Product Owner) for Test MINI-LINK to join our Test Leadership team within PDU Transport Microwave organization.

The OPO role will include all operational activities such as backlog prioritization, stakeholder handling, program reporting and Integration & Verification improvements. Moreover, the OPO secures that the Test teams delivers results according to the prioritized backlog and corresponding time plan. The OPO responsibility is covering LSV I&V activities for all products handled by the Test organization

The growing complexity of today's and future networks requires flexible and well-integrated microwave nodes. Building an efficient microwave backhaul network with end-to-end performance in mind requires high node capacity, compact and modular building practice and features that respond to demanding customer needs.

You will be part of an organization that works with agile methodology in a multi-site and diverse verification team. Our Verification teams drive the quality assurance of the Network products from integration to test including early deployment in customer networks around the world.

The group has a responsibility to be our organization´s internal face of the customer and quality guardian. We are responsible for system verification both on node but also on complex network levels. Our team is doing test analysis, test case design, test execution, troubleshooting and test result reporting for the SW and HW products as well as our management systems. Tests are done using signal generators and a Java environment.

You will

  • Plan, coordinate and follow-up of LSV I&V activities
  • Prioritize LSV I&V scope and backlog
  • Give input to the program planning
  • Status report to stakeholders
  • Secure LSV Quality assurance
  • Manage deviations regarding LSV Quality assurance
  • Identify resource need for LSV assignments
  • Actively engage in evolvement of Test Strategy, Test Automation, Test principles, Test methodologies and guidelines
  • Continuously drive I&V improvements and challenge status quo
  • Champion collaboration cross teams and sites within MINI-LINK organization
  • Initiate and motivate changes and improvements in the organization with focus on high quality and efficient flow
  • Actively participate day-to-day in helping the test teams, removing impediments and encouraging continuous improvements


To be successful in the role you must have

  • BSc level education in a technical subject area or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • Passion for R&D and minimum of 5 year's experience in Quality assurance area
  • MINI-LINK competence
  • A well-established track record as an R&D leader
  • Cultural awareness and ability to navigate in multi-site organizations
  • Strong quality and product focus and the ability to connect business to technology
  • Lean & Agile knowledge and skills
