Our Exciting Opportunity

Are you interested in architecting cloud-native, network automation products?

Excellent, as we are looking for creative and energetic architects to join our Network Automation group. We are embracing a start-up mentality to deliver our product with better customer experience and increased organizational efficiency. Our product development unit Cloud RAN is leading the acceleration and creation of a cloud-native Radio Access Network (RAN) product offerings. The development unit contains in one organization total life-cycle capability from architecture definition to deployment in customer networks & capability to contribute to open source communities.

As a lead architect you are one of the key enablers for our software development teams; you will take technical responsibility for the architecture and roadmap of a product stream and work closely with your colleagues to build industry leading Cloud RAN automation products.

You will

  • Support a group of high-performing teams by development of a product architecture and roadmap
  • Align this architecture and roadmap with other architects and product managers both in Network Automation and other Cloud RAN programs.
  • Represent - through daily actions - our values and behaviours; building on our strong culture of trust, collaboration, and autonomy


To be successful in the role you must have

  • A degree or post graduate qualification in computer science
  • 6+ years software development practice in a software development group, including demonstrable experience of product architecture
  • A deep understanding microservices architecture including design, implementation and testing
  • A proven ability to drive technical discussions, analyze & explain technical requirements and problems
  • Domain experience: Radio / OSS / Cloud / Software engineering practices / technology evaluations
  • Grasp market development and understand customer and competitor situations
