Our Exciting Opportunity

Supply Chain Performance Manager (SCPM) ensures that the supply chain is meeting set targets. SCPM supports the supply chain organization by identifying and following up performance, defining improvement areas, identifying corrective actions, and securing implementation of improvements. You will work closely with business control, product line, supply chain managers and supplier managers as well as operational excellence within supply. An innovative mind-set is crucial to simplify work using the latest technology as well as meeting future competence requirements within Supply Chain Management.

You will

  • Support in defining required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Supervise and analyze the performance in accordance with set KPIs
  • Provide and present quarterly, monthly, weekly and daily reports as required
  • Suggest improvement areas and secure implementation of activities contributing to supply chain development, supply chain performance and cost avoidance activities
  • Support in the implementation of digitalization activities to enable real data availability, machine learning & AI and end-to-end echo system for fast & fact base decision
  • Contribution in handling customer concerns and allocate MW products to the different Markets


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Master or bachelor's degree, in Supply Chain, Operational Management, Industrial Management, or equivalent level of experience
  • Preferably a minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in Supply Chain
  • Team working skills
  • Creative and proactive attitude
  • Analytical skills and detailed problem solving
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in business English
