Working as IT support for Experis

The position is full-time and your working hours will be irregular times. Your tasks include solving different types of technical issues over the phone, providing technical support over email and phone, and managing IT-related issues that may arise with users.

Are you the right person for the job?

This service is suitable for those who find it exciting to work with technical support, customer service and problem solving. You have a kneet to talk to different types of people and a genuine desire to do a good job. Furthermore, we'd like you to have experience with Office 365.

Otherwise, you must:

* have previous work experience in IT and customer support

* have good knowledge of English in speech and writing

* have good knowledge of Dutch.
