Our Exciting Opportunity

Solution Area Data & Analytics is a function within Ericsson Group IT with the aim to shape and execute our Data and Analytics strategy, vision and to ensure cross-functional execution for Ericsson to transform into an intelligent enterprise.

To serve this purpose, we are hiring a Digital Product Owner (DPO) who will have the end-to-end responsibility for the strategy and delivery of Analytics Platform, jointly with highly skilled team-members!

The DPO ensures a deep understanding of the customer/end-user needs to secure that the product is delivering business value. The DPO is also responsible for the product roadmap.

As a DPO for Analytics Platform, you will therefore be responsible to manage our transformation from current state of Analytics Platform to planned, where you will manage product and associated framework that enable hosting, execution, operations of Analytics Solutions supporting the strategy.

You will serve internal and external Analytics Development teams that will gain coherent suite of fit-for-purpose applications, data & technologies realized as our product offerings.

You will

  • Drive the product delivery, including operational responsibility, from idea through development to retirement
  • Understand customer/end-user needs and define use cases
  • Qualify the functional and non-functional requirements that will support a large community of data owners and users
  • Define and optimize product strategy, transformation and roadmap
  • Define resources needs to enable successful execution
  • Lead product team/s in sprint planning, including prioritization and sequencing of user stories
  • Manage stakeholders and dependencies across the organization
  • Be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting
  • Safeguard the security/compliance aspects of the tools and applications within the product

To be successful in the role you must have

  • University degree in System Management and/or Business Management
  • Data Management Systems knowledge
  • Extensive experience in Data & Analytics and been driving large transformation activities
  • Consistent track record of leading teams with Agile leadership
  • Portfolio & Project Management skills
  • Business value understanding and commitment to enable value delivery
  • Customer-centric approach for product prioritization
  • Strong intrapersonal skills and ability to empower and mentor team members
