We are currently looking at investing in key competencies in a few selected areas. We want to grow our team within Private on Prem cloud, Colo as a Service, Storage, Databases, Platform & Application services. All changes aim to increase our efficiency in developing and releasing new capabilities and services, and create an organization characterized by expert knowledge, business value outcome and innovation.


In this exciting opportunity to join a team working at the cutting edge of Private Infrastructure technology. As a member of the Private Infrastructure team, you will be part of a team where you will be being responsible for providing Robotic Automation Platform service.

On this role you will ensure that the required value (quality, speed, and flexibility) for our global services are provided in the most cost-effective way possible to the business. To add on a challenge, this needs to be done while adhering to compliance requirements. You will be working together with our IT Product Owners, Regional IT managers, Ericsson business representatives, Suppliers and Sourcing teams to design and maintain the IT Service portfolio, including managing the life-cycle and allocating services to operational entities (internal and approved external providers) such that performance is optimized!

You will:

  • Manage services including supplier governance, service documentation, provisioning, and quality of service delivered
  • Ensure high-quality service introduction on all changes to current services or of new service
  • Govern service financials including budget and operations cost of the service
  • Maintain service performance by monitoring delivery and making sure delivery is in line with agreements for all services delivered (internal and external)
  • Influence key partners and provide service operation support
  • Coordinate with suppliers on improvement opportunities
  • Be Operational accountability to all the horizontal components of the Robotic Automation platform service.
  • Compute, Storage, Backup, Tooling, networks
  • integration to Ericsson tools, process integration to IT service management platform - IPCC
  • Support with the Setup of the service catalog, Service ordering portal, Service Automation. Accountable for onboarding to operations
  • Support internal stakeholders (Sourcing/TPM/SPM) for new service introduction and negotiations
  • Accountable for the Life Cycle Management of the service
  • Accountable for the budget, forecast and reporting of the service financials
  • Accountable for the service conformance to the compliance requirements - Security, SoX, Patches, updates, trade compliance
  • Accountable for Service performance reviews and reporting

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • A University degree (MSc or BSc) or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years' experience from sourcing, product, or service management
  • Good interpersonal, communication skills and ability to build networks
  • Good negotiation and financial abilities and skills
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrated ability from Private on Prem Cloud, Storage, Databases, Platform & Application services
