Our Exciting Opportunity

Product security is high on the agenda and Ericsson's wanted position is to be Industry best in class. Across the broad portfolio, and both organizationally and geographically spread product and solution development, we have a common aim towards this ambition. It is important that everyone in the organization can rely on that the information on how and what to do to achieve this is accurate, up-to-date, available and easy to consume. Timely and clear communication to the relevant organizations is of outmost importance and in the center of the content is our Security Reliability Model (SRM). It is also important that information is coordinated across the security domains and is fit for the audience that needs to be reached.

We are now looking for a person to work with Product security Information management and Communication within Group Function Technology Product Security unit, to contribute to this wanted position.

Your overall responsibilities will include:

  • To ensure that the Product Security internal presence and communication reflects, are up to date and supports the Product Security Strategy and Privacy Strategy
  • Maintain and develop the SRM SharePoint and Finder according to the overall Governance Plan
  • Further develop and maintain information structures in line with EGMS
  • Ensure all communication (including content on platforms) from the Product Security units are consistent and aligned
  • Ensure the Product Security internal presence and communication align with structure and plans for Learning and Degree
  • Act as web editor for all Product Security internal communication channels (primarily Intranet, SharePoint and Yammer)
  • Develop and maintain Product Security internal communication plan
  • Follow-up on statistics from the Product Security communication channels
  • Support Competence and Awareness manager during training planning and execution
  • Collaborate with BAs and MAs to enable higher engagement in the organization and ensure the communication being delivered efficiently
